About Metro Electric
Metro Electric was founded by Keith Oley, a native Richmonder and Benedictine High School graduate. As a Master Electrician, Keith built the company on a foundation of professionalism, integrity, and high-quality work. His reputation for excellence has fueled decades of satisfied customers and trusted partnership across the Richmond area.
Today, Keith’s children, Nick and Amanda, carry on that legacy alongside longtime team member Ben Matthews, who has been a critical part of the company since 2005 and leads Metro Electric’s large-scale and specialty projects. Under their leadership, Metro Electric has grown into one of Richmond’s leading electrical contractors – combining the strength of a large team with the same family values the company was built on.
